Product form

A wonderfully soft and salmon pink rosé with scents of flowers and citrus and a fine, fresh taste. The grapes are picked manually at night and early morning. After picking and destemming, the peels remain briefly in contact with the juice, creating the light pink color. Finally, fermentation takes place at 15 degrees, which is more ideal for a fruity wine.
