With this foot file you can remove excess calluses from the feet. Pre-soak your feet with warm water to soften the calluses. File the excess calluses from the foot with the coarse side. Then use the fine side of the file to file the remaining callus smooth. Frequent maintenance of fine calluses can be done with the HEMA pumice stone block.
