Wholegrain oatmeal fine flakes

Per 500g

    Oatmeal Porridge

    Ingredients for 1 portion:
    β€’ 40 g oat flakes
    β€’ 200 ml milk (or a vegetable substitute for milk) or water
    β€’ Toppings of your choice

    Preparation:
    1. Mix the oat flakes with the milk (or water).
    2. Place the flakes with the milk (or water) in a pan. Bring to the boil and simmer over low heat for about 2 minutes until the mixture has thickened. Cook longer for a thicker porridge and shorter for a thinner porridge.
    3. Once the porridge has reached the desired consistency, remove it from the heat. Garnish the porridge with toppings of your choice.

    Usage

    Keep cool and dry.
