Very tasty, hot-smoked salmon. Can be served cold or warm as a starter, on toast or in a salad. Hot smoking provides a delicious and characteristic taste.

Usage
Bone-free: despite careful filleting, a bone may unintentionally remain in the fish.
Preparation: remove the salmon fillet from the refrigerator and packaging half an hour before use. Microwave (600 Watt): place the salmon fillet on a microwave-safe dish and heat for 1.5 minutes. Oven (200°C): heat the salmon fillet in a preheated oven for 6 minutes.
Ingredients: 98% salmon, salt, acidity regulator (buffered vinegar powder [E267]), smoke, natural flavouring, caramel syrup.
