Extra information
Carbonated herbal flavored soft drink
Wostok (or Baikal, as the soft drink was first called) was Russia's answer to the pernicious Western Pepsi in the 1970s. But after the collapse of the USSR, when Western soft drinks flood the country, this Soviet limo is doomed to a dormant existence in the province. In 2009, the Russian drink reincarnated in Berlin under the new name wostok, derived from the Russian space program that put the first human in orbit around the Earth. So plenty of ambition and historical awareness! And so Wostok conquers the rest of Europe from Berlin.
