Salmon fillet

Per 300 g

    PREPARATION METHOD: remove the fish from the packaging. Pat the fish dry and season with salt, pepper and/or herbs. The preparation
    times also depend on the thickness of the fish.
    FRYING PAN: heat butter and/or (olive) oil and fry the salmon fillet at a medium temperature for 6-8 minutes. Turn halfway.
    OVEN (180°C): place the fillet in a greased oven dish and add 50 ml of water or white wine. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and stew the fish for 15-20 minutes.
    BBQ/GRILL/GOURMET: Brush the fish with (olive) oil and grill the fish for 4-6 minutes. Turn halfway.

    Usage

    Store refrigerated (max. 4°C). Consume as soon as possible after purchase, no later than the stated expiration date, if kept refrigerated (max. 4°C).
