Salmon fillet on skin 1 portion

Per 125 g

    PREPARATION METHOD: remove the fish from the packaging. Pat the fish dry and season with salt, pepper and/or herbs. Preparation times also depend on the thickness of the fish.
    FRYING PAN: heat liquid margarine and/or (olive) oil and fry the salmon fillet on the skin side at a high temperature for approximately 4 minutes. Fry the other side for 2 minutes at a medium temperature.
    OVEN (180°C): place the fillet in a greased oven dish and add 50 ml of water or white wine. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and braise the fish in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

    Usage

    Store refrigerated (max. 4°C). Consume as soon as possible after purchase, no later than the stated expiration date, if kept refrigerated (max. 4°C).
