Sweet potato fries

Per 600 g

    Deep fryer (175°C):
    Preheat oil to 175°C. Fill the basket halfway and fry the fries for 2.5-3 minutes until they are crispy and nicely colored. Do not overcook and shorten the baking time when preparing smaller quantities. Drain well before serving.

    Fan oven (180°C):
    Preheat the oven to 180°C. Spread the frozen fries evenly (single layer) on a baking tray and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Fry until crispy, well colored and not overcooked. Toss the fries halfway through the cooking time. Always use baking paper.

    Airfyer (180°C):
    Preheat the Airfryer to 180°C. Fill the basket with sweet potato fries (not more than the maximum indicated). Fry the fries for 11-13 minutes until crispy.

    Usage

    In freezer * (-6°C): several days. in freezer ** (-12°C): 2 weeks after purchase. in freezer *** (-18°C): best before the date stated on the packaging. Do not refreeze after thawing.
