    Usage

    Preparation: Heat 200 ml of milk or vegetable drink in a pan until it almost boils. Add 6 tablespoons (or to taste) of oatmeal and continue stirring for a minute over low heat. Or heat for 2 minutes in the microwave and stir well. Preparation of overnight oats: mix 150 ml milk or vegetable drink together with 6 tablespoons (or to taste) oatmeal in a jar or bowl and place covered in the refrigerator (best for 8 hours). . Tip: add a pinch of cinnamon when preparing and some fresh fruit in the morning.
