The Zuccardis have been working in Mendoza since 1963. Currently, Sebastian is the winemaker. He succeeded his father and grandfather. If you look closely, Sebastian has been in wine all his life. His knowledge, experience and especially his talent were rewarded this year with the title of winemaker of the year. Sebastian's wines stand out for their balance. You can clearly taste that in this Chardonnay. It is full, soft and exotic - exactly what you expect from an Argentinian Chardonnay - but with an uplifting, mild acidity in return. That freshness makes it look lively. You can eat anything with this white wine, for example salmon, chicken or vegetables au gratin. It is also recommended if you just fancy a white wine with a lot of flavor.
