    Smoked Sausage

    What is smoked sausage?

    The classic Dutch smoked sausage is made from pork, but it can also be made from beef. It is often eaten alongside typical Dutch dishes such as hutspot or kale stew.

    As the name suggests, the sausage is smoked, which gives it a distinctive flavour. Add spices such as nutmeg, salt, and pepper, and you have a wonderfully tasty smoked sausage.
