RECIPE (Serves 2-3 / Prep. time 10 min.),Ingredients,• 70g a Pad Krapow Paste,(or 50g for less spiciness),• 290g chicken, minced,(also great with beef or any protein of your choice),• 4 baby corns, 50g long beans,• 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil, ½ Tbsp. sugar,• 1 Tbsp. Thai premium fish sauce,• 1 Tbsp. water or stock, 2-4 red chilies,• 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce,• 1 handful of Thai holy basil leaves (optional),PREPARATION :,1.Heat the oil in a frying pan until hot and add Pad,Krapow Paste until the aroma develops.,2. Add 290g of minced chicken and stir-fry for another 1-2 min.,3. Add the water and season to taste with fish sauce,,sugar and oyster sauce.,4. Add the sliced vegetables while stirring continuously.,5. Add the holy basil leaves if you have and stir before,removing from the heat.,Serve hot with Thai Jasmine rice and sunny side fried egg on top !
