Kriek Boon is a beer of spontaneous fermentation, made from old and young lambic that matures in oak barrels. To make this pure kriek beer, we use only real, fresh sour cherries. Kriek Boon is made with about 250 grams of fresh sour cherries per liter. Enjoy the slightly sweet, gently tart and full flavour of fresh sour cherries. Very fruity, with the true character of sour cherries and beer. 4% alcohol.
