Catena Appellation Chardonnay bel

Very aromatic and wonderfully full of flavor, butter, pineapple, yellow apple and citrus on the finish. Two decades ago Nicolas Catena selected the Tupungato vineyards. These stone-covered vineyards and very cool nights turned out to be perfect for Chardonnay grapes. The vineyards lie at an altitude of 4,000 to 5,000 feet in the foothills of the Andes. Catena is one of the most prestigious wine estates in Argentina. Catena’s grapes are also grown at prestigious altitudes. The vineyards are situated between 800 and 1,500 meters. This makes them among the highest in the world, which immediately explains the freshness in the wines.
