About Conimex Yakitori Wok Sauce:
With Conimex Yakitori Wok Sauce you can make a delicious stir-fry and vary endlessly. It’s a delicious sweet sauce based on Japanese soy sauce. Combine it with Conimex Wok Noodles and fresh vegetables to quickly make a tasty stir-fry. This wok sauce is also perfect to use as a dressing or marinade for (vegetarian) chicken skewers. Conimex Yakitori Wok Sauce is a lightly sweet Japanese stir-fry sauce with authentic herbs and spices. Stir-frying is a cooking technique that is more than 2,000 years old. Thanks to the wok’s shape, the heat is distributed evenly so the ingredients cook quickly and flavour and vitamins are retained better than when they are boiled.
Preparation method:
1. Prepare 125 g of Conimex Wok Noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. 2. Add 2 tbsp wok oil to the wok and stir-fry 250 g of (vegetarian) chicken fillet until golden brown, then add 400 g mixed stir-fry vegetables to the wok. Next add the noodles and half a bottle of wok sauce and stir-fry everything for another 2 minutes over high heat.
