Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar
Per 80 g
Coconut Cookies
4 egg whites, a pinch of salt, 200 g sugar, 1 packet Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar, a pinch of cinnamon, 4 drops Dr. Oetker almond flavoring, 200 g grated coconut.
Beat the egg whites with salt until stiff. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla sugar and continue beating the egg whites until the sugar is completely dissolved. Gently fold in the cinnamon and almond flavoring first, then finally the grated coconut. Using 2 spoons, form heaps of the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies for about 30 minutes in the middle of a preheated oven (100°C).
