Cocoa trees bloom almost all year round with countless white and purple flowers. They are often planted in the shelter of strong, tall trees. This protects them well from the intense sun. The fruits ripen twice a year so they can be harvested. The higher the quality, the more the beans yield and the tastier the chocolate is. You can taste that in the flavour of this cocoa.
