He was looking for a smoother style so it would be a wine that is always enjoyable, whether you eat with it or not. What turned out? A wine made from 100 percent carménère, Chile’s national pride, was the solution. It has become slightly lighter in every respect: colour, taste, and the alcohol content is a bit lower than before.
