Grand'Italia Tradizionali pasta is made in Southern Italy. The pasta is made from semolina, which is wheat grits derived from hard wheat (grano duro). To ensure the right quality, the wheat is 100% milled in our own mill. Using hard wheat results in a firm pasta that offers the perfect 'al dente' bite.

Fusilli are short spiral-shaped pasta strands. In the past, these were made by wrapping a strand of dough around a thin stick.
