Grand'Italia Rigatoni Pasta
Grand'Italia pasta Tradizionali is produced in Southern Italy. The pasta is made from semolina, i.e. durum wheat semolina (grano duro). To guarantee the right quality, the wheat is 100% milled in our own mill. Using durum wheat results in a firm pasta that gives a perfect 'al dente' bite.
Rigatoni have a larger diameter than penne and straight-cut ends. The name means ridged, and the surface has lengthwise grooves.
Recipe (4 people): Rigatoni con pollo, zucchini e pomodorini
400g Grand'Italia Rigatoni, 1 bottle Grand'Italia Sugocase Erbe (690g), 3 tbsp olive oil, 400g chicken fillets, 2 courgettes, 2 cloves of garlic (peeled), a pinch of salt and pepper.
