Grand'Italia egg pasta is produced in Southern Italy. The pasta is made from semolina, that is, wheat grits derived from hard wheat (grano duro) and free-range eggs. To guarantee the right quality, the wheat is milled 100% in our own mill. The use of hard wheat results in a firm pasta that offers a perfect 'al dente' bite. The use of eggs gives the pasta a rich flavour. Serve this egg pasta with a creamy sauce to fully enjoy the special taste sensation.
