Recipe idea with chickpeas:
a quick, creamy curry for 2 persons is made with 2 tablespoons of (green) curry paste, 400 g stir-fry vegetables, 200 ml coconut milk and 1 pouch of chickpeas. Lightly fry the curry paste, cook the vegetables for 3 minutes, add the coconut milk and let it simmer gently with the lid closed for 10 minutes until the vegetables are almost tender. Add the chickpeas and let it warm through. Delicious with brown rice or nut rice. For a bit more kick, add an extra spoon of curry paste or a spoonful of sambal.
