His French colleagues quickly translated his name to ‘JEANBÂTON’. Under that name, he became known for his delicious sauces. Today, Jean Bâton makes special mayonnaises, sauces, and dressings. As a tribute to the craftsmanship of Jan Stok. The famous Jean Bâton Truffle Mayonnaise is made with real truffle and goes perfectly with a fine piece of meat. But truffle mayonnaise also instantly makes a sandwich with aged cheese, a carpaccio, or a piece of cod something special. Packed in a 245 ml squeeze bottle.
