Jean Bâton Vegan Mayonnaise

Jan Stok worked in the 1960s in the kitchens on the ships of the Holland-America Line. As “chef garde manger” he was responsible for the cold kitchen. His French colleagues soon translated his name to “JEANBÂTON”. Under that name he became known for his tasty sauces. Today, Jean Bâton makes special mayonnaises, sauces, and dressings. Jean Bâton Mayo Absolutely Vegan is a mayo without any animal ingredients. For this, the egg yolk has been replaced with plant-based ingredients. Apart from that, only the ingredients are used that also belong in a “regular” mayonnaise.
