Joseph Drouhin Saint-Véran
This is a white wine that will make you smile! This wine comes from the village of St. Verand which, funnily enough, is actually spelled differently. The style is reminiscent of that from nearby Pouilly-Fuissé, with its light, elegant and refreshing taste. Maison Joseph Drouhin was founded in 1880. The house owns vineyards spread across Burgundy, including in the top regions of Chablis, Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. It also has rows of vines in the coastal state of Oregon in the northeastern United States, on the border with Canada. The winemaker is Veronique Drouhin, one of the four grandchildren of Joseph Drouhin, all of whom are still making wine.
