Preparation:
The ready-made sauce only needs to be warmed up in a pan or in the microwave. Warm the sauce in a pan for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring gently over low heat without letting it boil. Or pour the hollandaise sauce into a suitable bowl (covered) and warm for 2.5 minutes (600 watts). Stir before serving. Warning: do not place the packaging in the microwave! Tip: add fresh herbs, such as parsley, to the sauce to taste.
