About Knorr Tikka Masala Meal Mix:
Discover the Knorr Tikka Masala Meal Mix, a quick and easy dish packed with plenty of vegetables. Get inspired by Knorr and bring the tastiest meals to the table with ease. Taste the world, Indian style. This Tikka Masala contains approx. 190 grams of vegetables per person. This mix is made from carefully dried and blended herbs and spices. And of course without preservatives, artificial colourings and added flavour enhancers.
Preparation:
Shopping list: 1 yellow bell pepper, 1 red bell pepper, 1 onion, 1 can of diced tomatoes (400 g), 300 g chicken breast, 2 tbsp oil, 260 g low-fat yoghurt and 300 g rice.
Cut the peppers into pieces and slice the onion into half rings. Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the pack. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or sauté pan and fry the chicken cubes until golden brown and cooked through. Stir-fry the peppers and onion for 2–3 minutes. Add 250 ml water and the contents of this sachet. Bring to the boil, stirring. Then add the diced tomatoes and simmer gently for approx. 8 minutes. Finally, add the yoghurt and heat through briefly. Serve with the cooked rice.
For a meat-free day, you can replace the chicken breast with vegetarian chicken pieces.
