Knorr Macaroni Carbonara Meal Mix:

Preparation method:

Shopping list: 250 g mushrooms, 1 onion, 125 g diced ham, 2 tbsp oil, 500 ml skimmed milk and 300 g macaroni.

Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the pack. Peel and finely chop the onion. Slice the mushrooms. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a sauté pan or frying pan and fry the onion and mushrooms in it. Add 500 ml milk and the contents of this sachet. Bring to the boil, stirring. Add the diced ham and let it simmer gently for 2–3 min. Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and stir everything together well once more.

For a meat-free day, you can replace the diced ham with vegetarian bacon pieces.
