Shopping list: Italian vegetable mix (900 g), 450 g lean minced beef, and 450 g macaroni.
Preparation: cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the packaging.
Cooking method: 1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large sauté pan or wok and fry the mince until crumbly. Then remove the mince from the pan. Heat 2 tbsp oil in the pan again and stir-fry the vegetable mix for a few minutes. 2. Add 200 ml water, the contents of this sachet, and the mince, and stir well to combine. Heat through for about 1 more minute. 3. Mix the mince and vegetable mixture with the cooked macaroni in a large bowl or pan.
