Shopping list: Italian vegetable mix (900 g), 450 g lean minced beef, and 450 g spaghetti.
Preparation: Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
Method: 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large frying pan or wok and crumble-fry the minced beef. Then remove the meat from the pan. Heat 2 more tablespoons of oil in the pan and stir-fry the vegetable mix for a few minutes. 2. Add 200 ml of water, the contents of this sachet, and the minced beef, and stir everything well. Heat for about 1 more minute. 3. Mix the meat and vegetable mixture with the cooked spaghetti in a large bowl or pan.
