Koopmans Kabouter pancake flour is made from carefully selected high-quality grains. With it you can put delicious, traditional pancakes on the table. Kabouter pancake flour is based on wheat, buckwheat and rye. Just add: 1 liter of milk, a pinch of salt, 2 eggs and butter or oil. The Koopmans brand started in 1846 in the buckwheat mill of Uilke Klazes Koopmans. The milled buckwheat was used by the village residents to make breads, porridge and much more. Today you can still buy this special ingredient from us in the form of buckwheat groats. Use these groats to make porridge or bake rustic cookies with a handful of organic buckwheat.
