Leksands Sourdough Crispbread

Leksands is a family that has been baking crispbread for generations, with its roots in Leksand (Sweden). A passion for good food and a love of craftsmanship have been the driving force since the beginning in 1817. The bakery is now run by the 6th generation!

In the family bakery, taste and quality always come first, and care for people and the environment is a clearly guiding principle. The bakery is locally based in Leksand and many of the raw materials come from the surrounding area. For example, the water comes from the spring beneath the bakery and the rye is grown in the nearby fields.
