Our Super Fish Oil Omega 3 contains, besides a high dose of Omega 3, also Omega 6 and Vitamin E. The Omega 3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are good for the heart (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA) and blood pressure (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g EPA and DHA). Moreover, DHA is good for brain function and eyesight (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA). Furthermore, the intake of DHA by the mother contributes to the normal development of the brain and eyesight in the fetus and breastfed infants (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg DHA in addition to the recommended daily intake for Omega 3 fatty acids for adults, i.e.: 250 mg DHA and EPA). Also contains Vitamin E: helps protect body cells against external influences.
