That’s not easy, because the wine has to endure quite a lot during the production process. First it was a regular wine from which the alcohol was removed using the spinning cone technique. Because you also lose flavor when you remove the alcohol, the base wine has to be extra aromatic. That starts with an aromatic grape variety and very gentle winemaking so that as much flavor as possible is preserved. In this case, that has worked out very well.
