Calm Sake
Sake is an alcoholic beverage made by fermenting a mixture of rice and water. Contains 14% alcohol. Pairs well with light Eastern dishes. A flavorful addition to broths and marinades. Best served cold at 15 degrees Celsius. Warm sake goes well with fried dishes and grilled meat. In Japan, four words are used to describe the taste of sake: how rich (Hojun) and pure (Tanrei) the flavor is, how fragrant (Hanayaka) the sake is, and how intense (Odayaka) the various subtle aromas are. This is where the name Odayaka comes from.
