Patak's Tandoori sauce
A surprising sauce of onion and tomato with a delightful spice blend including tamarind and smoked paprika powder. Add yourself for a quick tandoori curry: 500g chicken breast and basmati rice. Vegetable tip: add red and green bell peppers. Variation tip: go vegetarian, add cooked lentils instead of meat. 15-20 minutes Without artificial preservatives, colorings, and flavorings. Suitable for vegetarians. Tandoori is the general name for marinated ingredients traditionally prepared in a Tandoor (an extremely hot clay oven). Preparation: briefly brown the chicken, add the sauce, and let it simmer gently for about 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with basmati rice and vegetables.
