It was also the house cava of the world-famous restaurant El Bulli. What stands out about this cava is its wonderful intense and almost creamy taste. It is therefore a cava that pairs perfectly with food. The quality of Coleccion Privada Cavas can be traced back, among other things, to the longer aging in the cellars than legally required: This Gran Reserva has had no less than 36 months of aging. Because the grapes were also fermented in oak barrels, this cava has gained extra complexity.
