Pink Flamingo Rosé

At Domaine Royal de Jarras on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, 178 different bird species have now been spotted. A regular visitor is the flamingo, after which this Gris Rosé is named. The wine is made from grenache and has a light pink colour. You can taste berries, peach, apricot, and tropical fruit. Serve this rosé on a warm day at 6 to 8 degrees. Delicious with red mullet and ratatouille. A rosé for the beach or by the pool.
