Directions for use:

Brush twice a day: in the morning and in the evening. Save water by turning off the tap while brushing. For adults, use a full brush-length of toothpaste on your toothbrush. For children aged six or younger, use no more toothpaste than the size of a pea. Make sure they swallow as little toothpaste as possible. Consult a (dental) professional if your child uses fluoride in another form.
