Rambla by Born Rosé Spritz

This rosé (Garnacha) is carefully crafted, starting at 12% ABV and adjusted down to 8% ABV. Natural flavorings, botanicals, and fruit extracts—citrus, hibiscus, and grapefruit—are incorporated to enhance its aromatic profile. Grape must is added to achieve a balanced sweetness of 50 g/L RS. Lightly sparkling (4.5 g/L CO₂) through gentle forced carbonation, it is then cold-stabilized, microbiologically controlled, and sterile-filtered to ensure stability, before being bottled under isobaric conditions.

Wine, water, sugar, carbon dioxide, acidity regulator (tartaric acid and/or citric acid), stabilizer: potassium polyaspartate, preservative: potassium metabisulfite (sulfites), dimethyl dicarbonate, flavorings. Bottled in a protective atmosphere.
