Thanks to aging in oak barrels, notes of vanilla, marmalade, and a hint of mild spices have been added. Its soft structure makes it a delightful, full-bodied wine to enjoy very leisurely, but it also pairs excellently with game in sauce, couscous with lamb and bell pepper, and spicy blue cheese.
