Saitaku Panko bread crumbs
Per 150 g
Saitaku simply Japanese.
How to prepare Tonkatsu:
• 600g of chicken breasts (pounded and flattened), veal or pork loins cut into 4 slices
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 150g Saitaku Panko
• salt and pepper for seasoning
• plain flour
1. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
2. Lightly dip the meat in flour, then in beaten eggs. Coat with panko.
3. Heat oil in a deep pan and shallow fry the meat until golden brown. Turn the meat and cook the other side. When done, drain the meat on paper towels.
4. Serve with tonkatsu sauce, rice, and vegetables.
