Saitaku White Thread Noodles
Saitaku shirataki noodles are soft noodles made from konjac flour, and therefore contain almost no carbohydrates (0.8g per 100g) and few calories (10 kcal per 100g). Use as a light alternative to (wheat) noodles. Deliciously light in stir-fries, soups, and salads. Gluten-free and fat-free. Quick to prepare: rinse and serve cold immediately or boil for 1 minute. In Japan, shirataki noodles are often eaten with sukiyaki, a one-pot dish with thinly sliced beef, various vegetables, and tofu cooked in soy sauce, mirin rice wine, and sugar.
