Saitaku White Miso Paste
Saitaku white miso paste is a delicious savory paste that adds a rich umami flavor to any dish. Umami – the fifth taste – is Japanese for 'savory'. Wonderful for extra flavor in soups, sauces, marinades, and dressings. Vegan Gluten-free White miso paste is made with soybeans that are briefly fermented. Due to the short fermentation, white miso paste remains milder than other soybean pastes, with a light sweet note. This makes the paste very versatile. Perfect for extra flavor in noodle soup (about 1 tablespoon per person), stir-fry dishes (a few teaspoons), or for example a marinade for fish or meat.
