Saitaku udon noodles are soft noodles made from wheat flour, without egg, which makes them nicely white. The noodles cook quickly and are delicious in all kinds of Japanese dishes. Use in teriyaki stir-fries, in soup, or cooled in salad. Excellent taste and texture due to the wide noodle and high-quality wheat flour. 4 servings per package. Ready in 5-7 minutes. In Japan, udon noodles are often served warm in winter and cold in summer. Udon noodles are also tasty as a side dish, for example with sushi. After cooking, briefly fry them in oil and sprinkle with freshly chopped coriander.
