It consists of 11 types, all made from a single grape variety. Think of well-known types like chardonnay and merlot, but also pinot grigio, malbec, and moscato. The fun part is that each wine has its own flavour and is chosen for a particular moment. For example, the pinot grigio is nice for sipping with snacks, and you might prefer to drink the cabernet with a meal or as a wine with a piece of cheese.
