Trapiche Oak Cask Chardonnay

An intense Chardonnay with distinct tropical fruit and buttery notes. Trapiche has been around since 1883 and is now the largest wine exporter from Argentina. The company has twice been named ‘Argentinian Wine Producer of the Year’ by the International Wine & Spirit Competition. They are based in Mendoza, where they mainly make varietal wines from selected grapes, meaning wines from a single grape variety. Thanks in part to Argentina’s warm climate, the wines are very approachable in taste.
