The brewers at Tromp en Rueb have selected the finest apple juice for their apple vinegar. The apple juice is first fermented into apple cider and then into apple vinegar. Tromp en Rueb naturally cloudy apple vinegar is unfiltered, making it softer and fuller in taste. The vinegar is also unpasteurized (raw) and contains the mother (original acetic acid bacteria), which contributes to the high quality of the product.
