Valdivieso Chardonnay

Excellent Chardonnay from Chile, beautifully made. Lots of flavour and well balanced. This is a white wine that everyone enjoys. The Valdivieso winery was the first winery in South America to start producing sparkling wines, back in 1879. A hundred years later, in 1980, the family began making still wines. Their philosophy is to use the best possible grapes and to preserve the aromatic and flavour characteristics of the grapes as much as possible. The taste of oak ageing should therefore never be too dominant. Thanks to Chile’s ideal wine climate and the great care taken with the grapes, the winery now produces outstanding wines that win many international awards. But perhaps most important is that all their wines are known for their excellent value for money.
