A natural source of nutrients A good base for a salad or soup 1 bag lamb’s lettuce, 2 ripe avocados, 1 red onion 250 g cherry tomatoes, 75 g feta cheese Rinse the lentils and soak for 30 minutes in plenty of water, optionally adding salt to taste. Bring to the boil and cook for about 30 to 45 minutes. Drain and serve. Mix all the ingredients together and add olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dress the lentil salad.
